Aside from Rosemasters, there are several other groups and networks in Toulouse where one has the opportunity to have conversations in English.

English Limited, run by James Newton, is a business network which is open to professionals, like managers or entrepreneurs. It has meetings Tuesday nights, every two weeks. It is a pleasant evening in a bar, usually with 30-40 participants. There is usually a presentation of some kind, and otherwise it is an opportunity for good conversation. The first part of the evening one talks in English, and at some point it switches to French.

English in Toulouse is  a conversation group run by Narelle Lewis. There are meetings in the bar in Crowne Plaza hotel, pub nights, French conversations in Bapz tea house, and more. Usually 15-20 participants.

There are also several associations and networks catering to English speakers, also open to French people, like Americans in Toulouse,  France Etats-Unis, British International Business Network, and Toulouse Women's International Group.

Each of these groups has a focus that is a bit different from the others. In all of them there are great opportunities for meeting interesting people and speaking plenty of English.
